Who We Are
Kingdom Apartment Group's mission is simple: To eradicate homelessness one soul at a time! We believe Christ has enabled us to be a solution to the affordable housing crisis. We do this in different ways:
- We purchase value-add properties from mom & pop landlords who are looking to retire from real estate investing.
- We partner with SFHA's (State Financing Housing Agencies), HUD, and other organizations to provide affordable rents.
- We develop transitional housing for the homeless to not only take them off of the street but keep them off the streets through holistic methods.
